Pushnami Kasture

Pushnami Kasture is a communications and research professional working at the intersection of storytelling, inclusion, and social impact. As Senior Associate – Communications & Events, she is driven by a simple belief: everything should be built for everyone. This lens shapes how she thinks, writes, designs, and creates experiences, always anchoring her work in inclusion that goes beyond intention and becomes visible in practice.

Pushnami brings an interdisciplinary foundation through a B.Des in Fashion Communication, a Diploma in Dress Designing & Garment Manufacturing, and urban research training from the Urban Fellows Programme at IIHS, shaping her ability to combine creative strategy with systems thinking and ethical public communication. Her work spans accessibility and inclusion research as an Accessibility Research Fellow at Godrej DEI Lab, urban research and storytelling at IIHS, and brand communications across fast-paced roles at Chameleoon Media, along with teaching as an Assistant Faculty in fashion and textiles. She has also volunteered with Jnan Prabodhini’s Institute of Psychology, supporting workshops in rural schools on sexuality education and addiction awareness, and helping develop culturally sensitive learning material.

At her core, Pushnami is a lifelong learner who believes that with an open mind and a grounded heart, she can learn anything and build anywhere. Her curiosity extends beyond work into experiences like Bharatanatyam, horse riding, martial arts, yoga, meditation, hiking, rock climbing, swimming, pottery, and travel, all of which shape her perspective, discipline, and empathy.
